Sewing Up A Storm and the trapped threads

Dia Duit, I thought I would show you the threads that were caught in the threading tension of my machine.I started the double nine patch quilt some time ago and lost my way with it.It was time to give my mojo a shove and get on with it.I Have 42 blocks to make and not quite half way.In between visitors and household chores I sewed six blocks this afternoon.Slan,O'faigh

We quilters sure can make a mess, lol. I know I'd be horrified if I could see into my machine - hasn't been to the spa for years and it's acting like it. Loving your nine-patch!

I had to take my machine in last summer for the same problem! The sewing machine Doctor didn't save the threads for me and I didn't realize there could be so many! I figured it was just one little piece of thread stuck in there causing all the problems! I was advised that I could clean it out, but I couldn't figure out how to get in there! Glad your machine is healthy again! Happy sewing! XO
